In this picture is a showcase of a lockbox for a cell lock (in red). On the side of the lockbox is a CLYDEN cell lock key, and in the front of the lockbox is the CLYDEN cell lock inserted into the lockbox with two black cap screws half turned to show ease of install.
Heavy-duty bullet hinge set for cell doors, compatible with POL 2012/D4. Includes adjustable ‘A’ hinges and a blank ‘B’ hinge made from special heat-resistant steel so hinges don’t expand when welded.

VRC Prospects cell lock "Services" keeping prisoners secure
We keep a full range of spares for servicing CLYDEN Cell locks:
- Replacement of faulty or broken levers.
- Replacement of bent/broken bolt stumps.
- Complete set of keys for replacements.
- Complete lock bodies for replacement.
Repair work of cells includes:
- Replacing cell door hinges.
- Securing of faceplate of cell doors.
- Rehanging of cell doors and reinforcement to concrete.
- Modification on old cell locks to fit CLYDEN cell lock with a lockbox.
- Tapping and drilling holes of damaged holes to secure CLYDEN cell locks.
Guarantee on CLYDEN Cell Locks
Installation/fitting of CLYDEN "D" type single throw cell lock at all clients will carry a 6-month guarantee from date of installation.
The guarantee is only valid if VRC Prospects personally does the installation. The guarantee covers workmanship, mechanics of the lock and key.
Any damages caused to the lock by suspects, the client or unauthorised persons will be repaired at the client's cost.
From date of installation, every 12 months the cell lock should be serviced by VRC Prospects. A set of keys will be given to the client.
VRC Prospects will forward a quote 2 months before the due date of service for the order to be issued.

Cell lock conversions
Old wrap around cell lock that needs to be replaced with Lockbox and CLYDEN Single Throw cell lock.
Square is cut out of the existing steel door (grill gate).
The new lockbox with CLYDEN Single Throw cell lock is welded and painted.
CLYDEN Single Throw cell lock can easily be serviced/replaced in the future by removing cap screws.
