• Patents: VRC Prospects cc owns Patent No. 2005/09426 "Single Throw Lock." Any reproduction or imitation without written consent is prohibited.
• Client Logos: The logos of government departments displayed on this site are used with permission or are in the public domain as official emblems.

3. Product Information and Specifications

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on this website are accurate. However:

• All specifications are subject to change without notice.
• CLYDEN Cell Lock C-Type and D-type are compatible with POL 2012/D5 specification.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from actual products.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through this website or by direct contact are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless specified.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Installation/fitting of CLYDEN "D" type single throw cell lock carries a 6-month guarantee from date of installation, subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee is only valid if VRC Prospects personally performs the installation.
• The guarantee covers workmanship, mechanics of the lock and key only.
• Damage caused by suspects, unauthorised persons, or misuse is not covered.
• Annual servicing by VRC Prospects is recommended to maintain warranty status.

6. Limitation of Liability

VRC Prospects cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
